Make sure you are running Chrome version 7 or higher and that experimental extensions APIs are enabled then download the latest crx file.
Google Chrome or Chromium version 7+ and a Twitter account.
Type "tweet" followed by the message you want posted where you would normally type a URL and hit enter. You can optionally arrow down to post from a location.

If you wish to use the unpacked code you must register an OAuth application with Twitter.
