Update Ana prods lesson

Hi @AidanWiederhold

I've noticed that the Run 2 and Run 3 Ana prods lessons have fallen out of sync (both in terms of the lb-ap command output needing updating, but also e.g. replacing your name with a generic one such as we have in the Run 3 version).

I was wondering if you'd be able to review the lesson?
