Request: Update elbbeP for new PebbleOS v4.9.x (Pebble 2 Duo)

Hi Collin,

First, thank you for creating elbbeP! It's been incredibly valuable for the Arabic/Hebrew Pebble community.

I recently purchased a Pebble 2 Duo (the new 2025 model from Core Devices) running PebbleOS v4.9.65-stop0. Unfortunately, the current elbbeP language packs don't work with this new firmware - Arabic text still displays as empty squares even though the watch recognizes and installs the .pbl file.

Background:

• The new Pebble 2 Duo runs open-source PebbleOS v4.9.x (not the old v4.4.0-rbl)
• Eric Migicovsky has mentioned RTL language support in the official roadmap (Nov 5, 2025)
• There's active community interest: Add support for RTL languages (Hebrew and Arabic) pebble-dev/pebble-firmware#99
• Multiple users are requesting this feature

Request:
Would you be willing to update elbbeP to work with the new PebbleOS? The code already exists and likely just needs porting to the new firmware version.

The Arabic-speaking Pebble community would be incredibly grateful!
