Not getting readings from Itron Cl200 C1SR

Hi all,

Attached is a picture of my meter face, serial is redacted. I'm not getting any readings from this meter, however I get readings from my gas and water meters.

This is using a V4 R828D RTL2832U with the long antennas approximately 50 feet from the electric meter, with 3 walls between (sheet rock/plywood/siding).

From what I've seen here this meter should be supported.

I ran into the same issue and wanted to post this in case it helps others. I have the same meter (Itron CL200 C1SR), and I needed to pass -centerfreq=915000000 to get the readings to show up. The default center frequency didn't pick up the meter readings. Hope this helps!
