video.js + macOS + Firefox bug

Description of the problem

Re-routing audio to an AirPlay receiver from macOS makes video.js playback hang. This means Pillarbox web is affected in the same way.

Note that AirPlay mirroring work as expected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the video.js playground on macOS.
2. Start playback.
3. Use the sound menu bar item to re-route audio to an AirPlay receiver. Playback hangs.

With other players (e.g. Shaka) the issue does not arise.
