Easy Discrete video launch option

Another way is (Minecraft Example)

switcherooctl flatpak run io.mrarm.mcpelauncher

You can even create a custom shortcut:

nano ~/.local/share/kio/servicemenus/switcheroo-gpu-launch.desktop

And add this

Type=Service
MimeType=application/x-desktop;
Actions=launchWithGPU;

[Desktop Action launchWithGPU]
Name=Start with Discrete GPU
Icon=nvidia
Exec=switcherooctl kioclient exec %u

I did not do a lot of research but it looks quite hard to create a right-click "Start with Discrete GPU" on the application launcher itself.
